Annual Conference of The Christmas Tree Grower Council of Europe From Monday 18th of June to Thursday 21st of June, 2018, Strzekecino, Poland

The Christmas Tree Growers Council Poland is delighted to invite you with your families and friends to Poland to attend CTGCE Annual Conference! In connection with the annual meeting, you will have the opportunity for visiting Poland's largest Nordmann fir nursery, including seeing different Nordmann fir provenances and visiting different Polish Christmas tree growers. Moreover, you will get the chance to cruise on the Baltic Sea and admire the complex of demonstration gardens in Hortulus. The annual meeting will be conducted in English or German with translation into/from German and English. We hope that you will enjoy staying at Hotel “Bursztynowy Pałac” offering swimming, sauna, gym facilities and surrounded by beautiful garden http://www.bursztynowypalac.pl/. Enclosed to the e-mail we are sending the detailed programme of Annual CTGCE Summer Meeting. The cost of participation including 3 nights, meals, support of two tourist pilots and all the Programme is: • 409,- € per person at double room, • 299,- € for a child with two parents at triple room, • 93,- € single room supplement to price at double room, • 32,- € per person for bus transfer from and to GDANSK airport, • Cost of one additional day and night in GDANSK to be confirmed. Additionally we offer you the possibility of spending one more day and night in GDANSK and the sightseeing after the Conference. The detailed program and associated costs will depend on chosen variant, so please let us know your preferences as soon as you can. We estimate that the total cost per person for this additional day will be around 80-140€ depending on the program, double or single room occupancy and total number of participants. Option for those who want to stay in GDANSK: Friday, 22.06 one night stay in Gdansk and the sightseeing. There are possible different options for the group of minimum 20 people: 1h city walk, 5h city tour including concert in The Oliva Cathedral, 5h trip to MALBORK castle, e.t.c. The final programme for Gdansk will be chosen depending on the interests and total number of participants. Therefore the total cost including hotel accommodation and the sightseeing should be around 80€-140€ per person.
